Terms of use
Updated 2026-09-13
These terms govern your use of TallyWage, a personal time, pay and money management app. Read them together with the Privacy Policy and the explanation of pay estimates.
1. The service
TallyWage helps you record shifts, paid and unpaid breaks, jobs, private income and expenses; estimate earnings; and compare your records with a payslip. An account is optional and lets you synchronize your saved history across devices. The service is intended for your own records, rather than managing employees on someone else’s behalf.
2. Pay estimates and financial decisions
Gross and net amounts are estimates calculated from the information and settings you enter. They do not guarantee earnings, confirm a payment or establish an entitlement to a particular wage. Actual payroll depends on your employment agreement, applicable rules, complete payroll information and any adjustments made by your employer.
TallyWage does not pay wages, transfer money, prepare an official payroll or tax return, or provide individual tax, legal or financial advice. Review the calculation notes and compare results with your original records before making decisions. Your employment and statutory rights are unaffected.
3. Your account
Use an email address you control and keep your email account, password, devices and sign-in codes secure; do not reuse a password from another service. You are responsible for the information you choose to enter and for checking imported data before saving it. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password, secure your email account and contact us. We will never ask you to send a password or sign-in code to our support address.
4. Your records and backups
You retain your rights in your records. You give TallyWage permission to store, process and display them only as needed to provide the features you choose, maintain the service and comply with applicable law. This does not transfer ownership of your content.
Keep original contracts, payslips and receipts. Guest records and changes that have not synchronized can be lost if device storage is cleared, the app is removed or a device fails. You can export a backup in Settings. Exported files contain personal information and should be stored securely.
5. Acceptable use
Use TallyWage only for lawful purposes and information you are entitled to process. Do not use it to falsify work or payment records, access another person’s account, distribute harmful content, bypass security controls or disrupt the service. Do not place unnecessary information about other people in notes or imported documents.
6. App content and intellectual property
The app’s design, branding, software and explanatory content belong to their respective rights holders. You may use the app and generate or share reports from your own records for your personal needs. You may not present TallyWage as your own product or redistribute protected app content without permission, except where a software licence or applicable law allows it.
7. Availability and updates
We aim to provide a reliable service and address reported problems with reasonable care. Maintenance, connectivity problems and other interruptions can affect availability or synchronization. Calculation coverage and features may change as the app develops. Install available updates and check the period and country supported by each calculation.
Material changes to these terms or to the nature of the service will be communicated in the app or through an appropriate contact channel before they apply, where required by law. A policy change does not retrospectively remove rights you already have.
8. Pricing and the launch offer
The current service is free and paid plans are not available yet. Continued use does not enroll you in a paid plan. A paid contract requires a separate purchase confirmation after the price and conditions have been shown.
Launch offer: purchases made during the first three calendar months after the paid launch are at the launch prices of €1.99 per month, €14.99 per year or €29.99 once for lifetime access. A subscription started in that window keeps its launch price for as long as it stays active. After the window, new purchases are at the standard prices of €2.99 per month, €19.99 per year or €50 once. The standard prices are future prices and are not presented as former selling prices. The full annual amount is charged at the start of each paid annual period. Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes. Your checkout will show the selected plan, charge, billing interval and next payment date before confirmation.
There is no free trial. Subscriptions continue with recurring charges at the agreed price until canceled, subject to mandatory consumer cancellation rights. A subscription that ends and is started again after the launch window is a new purchase at the price shown at that time.
Lifetime access has no recurring renewal and covers the purchased TallyWage service while it is provided, not an assurance of perpetual availability or access to separate future products. Statutory remedies remain available.
9. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
When web subscriptions become available, you will be able to manage and cancel them in Settings → Subscription → View plans → Cancel subscription, or in the payment provider's customer portal via Manage subscription. Cancel before the next payment date to prevent that charge. Access normally continues until the paid period ends. Applicable rights to cancel sooner, including rights following an automatic renewal, take precedence. Canceling renewal and withdrawing from a contract are different rights.
EU consumers generally have 14 days from concluding an online service contract to withdraw. You can contact shiftpay.info@gmail.com with a clear statement identifying your purchase and your decision to withdraw. Any legally required online withdrawal and cancellation options will also be provided when purchases open. Statutory exceptions apply only if their legal conditions are met; accepting these terms or using the app alone does not waive a withdrawal right.
There is no blanket exclusion of refunds. Refunds required by withdrawal rights, defective-service remedies or other applicable law remain available. Where legally due, refunds are made within the statutory period using the original payment method unless otherwise lawfully agreed. Uninstalling, signing out or deleting records does not cancel recurring billing; manage the subscription before deleting your account.
10. Stopping use and deleting an account
You may stop using TallyWage at any time. In Settings, you can export your records, clear your history or permanently delete your account after confirming a fresh email code. Deleting an account removes its sign-in access and active synchronized history. The Privacy Policy explains what happens to local copies, exports and backup records.
Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a material breach of these terms or an immediate security risk. Where practicable and lawful, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue. This does not remove your applicable rights to your personal data.
11. Responsibility and your rights
We are responsible for the service in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or any other responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer protections, remedies and data-protection rights remain available to you.
The explanation of pay estimates describes the function and limits of the calculator; it is not a waiver of those rights or of any rights you have against an employer. Any unenforceable provision is limited or disregarded only to the extent required by applicable law.
12. Contact
TallyWage is provided by Arbios Kabashi, Gurra e Kocit, 32001 Istog, Kosovo.
For questions about the app, these terms or your account, contact TallyWage at shiftpay.info@gmail.com. Include a description of the issue and your app version where relevant. Do not include sign-in codes, passwords or unnecessary financial documents.
